Connected to the future

Pioneer of smart real estate

We want to make real estate climate-friendly, comfortable and economical: To achieve this we digitise and network buildings on behalf of our customers and develop new, intelligent products. We offer efficient, customised workflows and applications for operating IoT infrastructures, and have created a flexible enterprise IoT suite that manages data from many millions of sensors for intelligent applications and services.

  • Enterprise-IoT-Suite

The heart of everything we do

With our intelligent and open enterprise IoT suite, we unleash the full digital potential of connected real estate. For the digitization of the real estate industry. By bundling building data in one place, for optimal applications - delivered by us or one of our partners.

    Selected functions at a glance:
    • Operation of an IoT infrastructure
    • Processing of building data
    • Connection of applications (beyonnex or partner)
    • Data analytics for the optimal operation of real estate or
    • Additional services
    • AI-based additional services
    • Hardware independent, scalable

Tenant app for a smart tomorrow

Meeting the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) and the amended Heating Costs Ordinance (HKVO 2021) for consumption information during the year and creating transparency in consumption - the beyonnex tenant app makes both possible. It also simplifies service charge billing and makes consumption visualization clear. Available as a white label solution.

  • Services

    Customized and digitized

Installation and operation of IoT infrastructures in buildings needs intelligent processes: for shorter workflows and economic efficiency, for high quality and comfort.

Through our flexible platform, data analytics as well as intelligent applications, we can guarantee our customers these efficient and high-quality workflows as well as high automation. Through our close network to IoT hardware manufacturers, we can create an optimal interaction between hardware, processes and systems. Through our established connections to processing partners and our own many years of experience in the operation of IoT infrastructures, we can ensure the efficient and high-quality operation of intelligent real estate throughout Germany.

We would be happy to provide you with more information about our processing capabilities and workflows in a personal meeting.

Intelligent solutions
for people and the climate

As a pioneer of climate-smart real estate, we help our customers to run their properties in a more energy-efficient, convenient and economical way. We put in place the key requirements for them to do so, in the shape of the intelligent networking and operation of sensors, consumption meters and actuators, as well as our enterprise IoT suite.

Our customers and users are always in our sights when developing efficient workflows for IoT infrastructure operations for real estate. Just as we do with the applications that are built on them.

Time for digital sovereignty

The goal is for Germany and the EU to devise a uniform digitisation strategy. A long-overdue appeal to this effect is now in the public domain. The appeal takes the form of an open letter addressed by Angela Merkel, Mette Frederiksen, Sanna Marin and Kaja Kallas to EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. The four heads of government call on the EU to work towards digital sovereignty.

Digitisation as a lever for climate protection

In the Green Deal the EU has set out ambitious climate targets. The German Advisory Council on Global Change (Wissenschaftliche Beirat der Bundesregierung Globale Umweltveränderungen - WBGU) has noted that it will only be possible to meet these targets in tandem with a resolute digital strategy. In its position paper, “A European Way to our Common Digital Future”, the WBGU sets forth the systematic interlocking of these two levers.

data governance act

EU wants to become the number one data continent

Through the Data Governance Act the EU Commission aims to leverage the potential of data held by public bodies and companies or voluntarily disclosed by private individuals. To this end, EU Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton and EU Digital Commissioner Margrethe Vestager have jointly drafted a bill for a new law on data control.

energieeffizienzrichtlinie eed

Meeting the challenges of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) through digitisation

Two key components of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), which came into force in Germany at the end of October, are the provision of consumption information for apartment users throughout the year and the mandatory use of radio metering technology to record consumption. In an interview, Stephan Bause, Managing Director of the noventic subsidiary beyonnex, explains what the new requirements entail for both tenants and portfolio holders.
