The development of the noventic group into a leading green tech group of companies has also been our success story from the very beginning. The speed at which this story is developing is breathtaking. IT now encompasses and permeates almost all processes in the way we think and act – throughout the group.

Each day, each hour, each second, we work to make beyonnex better: For the optimal combination of comfort and energy efficiency in the residential sector. As the digital enabler of the noventic group – as well as the housing and energy industry.

More than ten million appliances installed in around two million households – together with the noventic group, we are growing rapidly in all areas and face new challenges with every innovation and every new product from noventic.

Ways of working

  • We develop our software using agile methods. We work closely with users and stakeholders and take responsibility for our product development. Each team has the freedom to choose the agile method that is best suited to them. A daily stand-up meeting for the whole team is part of this, as are workshops on overarching topics. We use everything that seems suitable to us to create the resilience needed for the VUCA world. Our teams are made up of software developers, DevOps, product owners and agile coaches.

  • "Inspect and adapt": We use agile methods, design thinking and more to implement MVPs – and to continuously expand and improve our product. Our guiding principles are our technical expertise, our industry experience and a continuous alignment with market and regulatory requirements. Our domain structure ensures a close and continuous exchange with our stakeholders and our customers, so that we can quickly test work results and develop them further based on this feedback.

  • We work with Kotlin, Java, TypeScript and C#. Our architecture includes state of the art technologies like Kubernetes and Kafka. Our infrastructure is 100% cloud-based, managed by Infrastructure as Code, with a strong focus on AWS. Thanks to our tech radar, we always remain open to new technologies and give space to experimentation.

  • The choice of tools and technologies is a team decision, but the personal workplace can be customised.

    We share and expand our expertise by reading and sharing articles on IT topics on a daily basis, attending conferences and exchanging internal knowledge nuggets.

    You can look forward to a strong team, flat hierarchies, wide-ranging and exciting topics, state-of-the-art technologies, modern office and workplace equipment and a high degree of flexibility in terms of time and location at work.
